Absolutely fabulous treatment but I don't like he hard sell at the end. Maybe recommend one product or two but I'm there for an experience not to buy product. Also I was told upon presentation of my partial gift certificate that they are not honoured on Sunday's which is ridiculous. If you paid cash it would be valid anyway and so should a gift certificate. Pure indulgence treats customers that use gift certificates like second class citizens especially when you are buying a certificate for someone you care about to have an enjoyable experience not to feel second class. I would not purchase a pure indulgence certificate for this reason.
