Comment
The service was exceptional. The only negative was the noise level outside of the room I was in. All through my treatment, there was a lot of noise of banging drawers, cupboards and doors and very loud talking and shrieking by other staff members. You will appreciate that a facial / massage with dimmed lights and tranquil music is the product you are offering but on this instance it was sadly disrupted by all the background noise.
