I got to the appointment early and was taken in late due to how popular the salon was with front desk enquiries and post service advice given to other clients. I wasn't given the pre service form to complete but my fabulous therapist went through quickly and we were ready to go. I felt relaxed as soon as I left the main reception area - wonderful. The room was lovely but extremely extremely small. This is fine for the client lying on a bed but mightn't be good for the therapist. We struggled just with the door opening and the lovely wardrobe facility opened for my clothes (I loved this feature though - most places I have been to just have you drape your clothes over a chair. The massage which is what I came for was absolutely wonderful. I had a full body massage. I have had loads of massages over the years at all different places around Australia and the two I have had at pure indulgence have been the best! Different techniques used that I really like. I also like that they haven't moved to using gloves when working on your head. It was just perfect and I look forward to coming again. Thank you.
