The lady who looked free me was lovely and I am very happy with my eyebrows. But unfortunately I had wax dripped into my ear and I have just found two patches in my hair.

Unfortunately, My usual beauty therapist, Lana has move onto other career change, I was in very good hands with Stacy. I will continue to to have my beauty treatments at Pure Indulgence Chermside. Staff very professional and love the pampering facials, microdermabrasions I experience there.

I booked in for an hour massage expecting to have a full body massage which I didn't receive. I received a "trunk and legs" massage. I was told if I wanted extras like head, feet and arms (which I presumed were included) i needed to book a longer time. These were listed on initial sheet given to me if I wanted therapist to focus on these areas, well I didn't even get them! Also, the relaxation music was very, very loud. I asked for it to be turned down, which it was, but then it went up again so the relaxation massage was not as good as it could have been. No complaints at all about staff, all excellent service, given attention on arriving and leaving, Dell was good at massaging. Another small point is I was given a tissue to put on my forehead so my face didn't come out all puffy and marked from the towels. Haha well that didn't work. Perhaps, especially as it's in the middle of a busy shopping centre, a more appropriate face protection could be offered. I didn't receive any advice but there was no provision for a N/A.
