Hi my treatment was lovely, but I didn’t get a full hour in the treatment room, time wasted looking at my skin and then left to get changed. Quite possibly nearly 10 minutes of time that I had paid for. I would like to hope that I can have a full hour next time and will let your staff know. Also I think the hard sell of your products is very off putting and puts a damper on what was otherwise a very professional treatment.
