I came to Pure Indulgence because I had a birthday voucher to use. I booked myself in for a Signature Pedicure. I found that it wasn't great value for money. There was nothing 'Signature' about it. Maybe you could do something special around this treatment to make it stand out from other salons because that is what 'Signature' is. I was expecting maybe a nice leg or foot massage with this treatment but didn't any of that. There are so many nail salons around that I don't think that I would come back and pay $69 for this treatment. I also paid an extra $20 for a pedicure upgrade which was the 'Foot exfoliation peel'. It wasn't a peel at all, just a foot scrub and it didn't add any extra time to my service. It is overpriced at $20 and I think $10 would be a more reasonable price for this service. On a positive note, Nicola who did my Pedicure was very friendly and made my service experience lovely. Even giving me tips on how to paint your toenails.

Great massage and friendly staff. The only downside was that outside the room was really noisy. I could hear the microwave slamming shut and staff laughing really loud which took away from trying to get deep into relaxation.

For the amount of money we can spend at these places, I expected to be treated a little bit better. I had a two hour appointment and I had to switch therapists half way through. The first room I was in was absolutely freezing! and I came out after my massage shivering and it took a hot cup of tea an hour later for me to warm up. My second therapist for my facial was on the phone when my appointment was due to start, so I had to stand around with no shoes on and massage oil in my hair. Also, they didn't extend my appointment time to allow for them to talk to me about the beauty products. So my treatment time was shortened on account of the questionnaire they make you fill out every time and providing me with the same professional advice they provide every time. The treatments were great however! The facial (microdermabrasion) was fabulous and the custom mask the lady created was perfect for my skin and I didn't come out feeling oily and sticky. The massage pressure was perfect and she spent time actually working on my knots and not just going through the motions.

I think the best thing about coming for a treatment is the friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming & professional.

I booked a 30 min back massage for 4 pm, it says on the email of the booking it would go until 4:40 pm because there is a 10 min chat before the massage. I got there at 4 pm, waited a bit at the waiting area, then the professional came to me and took me inside, asked one thing and gave some instructions, so I got ready and she came back, massage started probably at 4:10 after all those things and she finished at 4:30, which means 20 min of massage, not 30. $75 is not cheap and missing 10 min of a massage is a big thing. Nothing to complaim about the massage itself, well done by the professional, but she has to finish at the right time.
