Comment
I received a phone call on the morning of my appointment to come earlier for my appointment. They asked me to cone at 3.50pm instead of 4 pm which I agreed to. Then on arrival I saw the girl on reception who said to take a seat won’t be long then I waited till 4.05 pm till I was called in. I asked why I was asked to come early and she was not aware I was asked to come early. So if you invite a customer to come early for their appointment see them earlier don’t waste their time by coming early and having to wait till normal booked time.
