Usually I walk away extremely happy with my eye brows and I know it's my responsibility to advise the beautician if I'm not happy. However the lights were very bright and I didn't notice until I got home that there were quite a lot of hairs that were missed from the eye brow wax. I will still return to pure indulgence but I felt let down by the treatment today.

Now that only certain staff can do certain treatments I have to find a new massage therapist. This was the first massage with a different therapist and it was a disappointment. Very frustrating.

My technician Maddison was truely amazing!!! Honestly, the best facial and experience I've had in a very very long time!! Thank you Maddison so much. I came in tired stressed and just feeling horrible and you catered my facial and my massage to leave me feeling like a brand new woman who could tackle the world!!!

My Facial Treatment at the Chermside Salon was lovely. However the push to up sell products and also to purchase further package treatments is way too much. It is a great treatment otherwise. My advice is to not push the client quite so many products and extra services then perhaps more purchases will be made.

The lady that looks after me is very professional and outstanding at her job and understands true customer service. She did advise that in future she will only be waxing and someone else will massage, I just hope this change results in the same customer experience.

I have loved visiting Pure Induglence in the past.. The ambiance is wonderful and staff are well trained. But their 'upselling' is becoming a firm put off. Today I booked an 'eye trio' and decided for a $65 express facial as well... .. On booking I was told a 'more complete' service would be $85... Ok so I booked for that. On arrival I explained I had no skin concerns and was going to a wedding so just wanted to enjoy some time out. Well 'if I wanted to glow' there was a more amazing facial at $110... And of course an extra add on at $40 would really make me pop! Seriously from $65 to $150... I just wanted to enjoy some time out. The young girl that served me was very confused I had no skin concerns... She queried me strongly ... 'Your not worried about your dry skin.. Or pigmentation.. '. Hmmmm thanks for trying to make me feel bad to buy more service but I had been feeling pretty good before I got there. I really don't think I'll go back after today.. I feel like I've run a gauntlet when I just wanted to enjoy a nice hour to myself.
