I have been using Brooke for my appointments, and she is by far the most vigilant and pleasant beautician I've ever had the pleasure of using. Brooke is always a great conversationalist, engaging, humorous, kind and attentive. I have never felt uncomfortable or concerned in addressing concern areas, and I've never left an appointment disappointed with my service. Today in particular I came to my appointment quite upset, and Brooke (bless her beautifully big heart) did everything within her means to soothe and comfort me during my appointment. Most importantly, Brooke was wholeheartedly genuine and sincere, and respected my privacy; to which end I cannot thank her enough!. In addition I would like to thank Stephanie; as I was leaving, whilst more settled, still notably upset. Stephanie had a break in appointments and offered me her room, for some additional time to compose / refresh. Both Brooke and Stephanie are gorgeous young ladies and truly go above and beyond the calling of basic customer service. Thank you ladies, it's very humbling, and comforting to know that there are still rare gems in this world. While they may feel their impact today was small.... to me it was quite profound!
