Not very happy with my visit today, the place seems to be getting worse. I was always welcomed by a lovely english lady who I have not seen for some time and instead the last few visits it has been a girl who seems quite snobby and rushed when booking appts etc which I do not like at all. You are meant to be a client focused business, keep acting like that and you will lose them. I usually see Stacey who is great, unfortunately on this visit I had someone else for my facial who I won't be seeing again. I don't know if she is new or training but the place seems to be going through a few casual staff of late. The whole experience was not relaxing whatsoever and it was truly rushed to the point I still had the hair band you put on in my hair when finished as well as some of the facial products that were not cleaned off my skin properly, which I have never experienced before. The noises of people laughing in the hallway and what I can only imagine was the dryer going behind the room shaking the wall did not make for a relaxing experience at all. I was also told by the beauty therapist once done she would give me a sample as I was after something and once I got out she had already moved on to her next client, not a good look I must say. I understand you are busy as we all are, but that does not mean you rush to catch up or not give people the service they pay for. Definitely would not recommend and may have to start looking for somewhere that is client focused. You send these emails out for feedback and I have been coming to this business for some time now so I truly hope you take this on board.

Such a wonderful facial - its so relaxing. I just had my third facial from a pack a bought and have been going monthly. I have just bought another 3! The only issue I have is the noise levels from the shopping centre, and staff chatting at the front desk. Its very hard to completely switch off with those distractions. I did mention this to the staff and the kindly let me know they have a solution for the noise coming soon, which is good to know Pure Indulgence are taking positive steps to address this. Woould definitely recommend, and will be coming back next month!

When a client is in first room having a treatment/ service done. They can hear front desk interactions & when staff/clients are coming past the treatment room/s they are talking loudly. It would be better if staff & if staff could let their clients know that rooms are currently occupied with treatments in process and if they could lower their voices while walking past the doors so as not to be disturb clients inside rooms.
