I always enjoy my appointment at Pure Indulgence Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre. I feel 'cared for' from the time I arrive for my appointment until I leave refreshed and pamnpered. My thanks to Rachel for her professional and caring approach.

I think it would benefit clients if technicians are able to talk about the products they are using. Even if it’s just a facial scrub/ moisturiser, it would be beneficial to know why you’re recommending/ using the product, the benefits of the products, any contraindications etc. Otherwise, excellent service!

I go to Pure Indulgence salon at Chermside Qld. Always a positive experience. Rachel looks after me she is always attentive and professional.

The therapist i had was amazing. Could tell she was a qualified massage therapist she was very good. I think her name was Lana she was Russian. Lively person. One thing I do t really like about the whole pure indulgence chain is the push to sell items all the time. I have noticed this. Over the many visits, it is a little bit of a turn off as I don’t want to deal with the sales at the end. This particular therapist was probably one of the best.
