I had Lana for a 1hr massage, she was fabulous! one of the best massages I have ever had. The Salon was very noisy while I was having my massage though, could have been 100% relaxing otherwise. Lana was amazing.

I received a phone call on the morning of my appointment to come earlier for my appointment. They asked me to cone at 3.50pm instead of 4 pm which I agreed to. Then on arrival I saw the girl on reception who said to take a seat won’t be long then I waited till 4.05 pm till I was called in. I asked why I was asked to come early and she was not aware I was asked to come early. So if you invite a customer to come early for their appointment see them earlier don’t waste their time by coming early and having to wait till normal booked time.

Had an amazing facial. The smell of all the products were gorgeous and the massage was wonderful. Highly recommend.

For the first time ever I got to go in early. The lady I had I'd never seen before. Her way of doing it wasnt like the other girls do it which made me uncomfortable as I wasn't sure that I'd be happy with the work. There was A LOT of plucking involved. This made tears build up in my eyes and even more uncomfortable. Having said this, the result was great!

Absolutely fabulous treatment but I don't like he hard sell at the end. Maybe recommend one product or two but I'm there for an experience not to buy product. Also I was told upon presentation of my partial gift certificate that they are not honoured on Sunday's which is ridiculous. If you paid cash it would be valid anyway and so should a gift certificate. Pure indulgence treats customers that use gift certificates like second class citizens especially when you are buying a certificate for someone you care about to have an enjoyable experience not to feel second class. I would not purchase a pure indulgence certificate for this reason.
