I came to Pure Indulgence because I had a birthday voucher to use. I booked myself in for a Signature Pedicure. I found that it wasn't great value for money. There was nothing 'Signature' about it. Maybe you could do something special around this treatment to make it stand out from other salons because that is what 'Signature' is. I was expecting maybe a nice leg or foot massage with this treatment but didn't any of that. There are so many nail salons around that I don't think that I would come back and pay $69 for this treatment. I also paid an extra $20 for a pedicure upgrade which was the 'Foot exfoliation peel'. It wasn't a peel at all, just a foot scrub and it didn't add any extra time to my service. It is overpriced at $20 and I think $10 would be a more reasonable price for this service. On a positive note, Nicola who did my Pedicure was very friendly and made my service experience lovely. Even giving me tips on how to paint your toenails.

Love the way they do my eyebrow tint and waxing, however I do not enjoy the regular up- selling from the consultants. Especially when it hasn’t been asked for. I can appreciate others may enjoy the experience but it’s not for me. I think once my six treatment pack is used I’ll be finding another salon to get my eyebrows done at.

I booked in for a manicure. The woman that first did my nails wasn't very good,she didn't use a base coat, she didn't spend much time on the manicure itself, she didn't use a base coat and I kept having to point out areas that were very patchy, she didn't use the heat lamp to harden the costs and when she had finished she just left me sitting there waiting for them to dry. I must have been sat there for at least 15 minutes when I asked her if they would be dry, she said they should be and to touch they seemed to be. However after leaving the shop I was looking at my nails because there was polish on my fingers around the nails where there shouldn't be, I then saw that there was a line down my right thumb nail where the varnish has come off do I went back to the shop. I was told that someone would come and fix it up for me. The lady that came decided to take the whole lot off and start again. She recommended the gel polished and did a very nice job on them. She also used the heat lamp to help set the polished. I was very pleased with the second lady's work but very disappointed with the first lady. What was supposed to take 1/2 hour turned into 1, 1/4 hours. Not what you want on Christmas Eve when you have a lot of other things to do.

Repeatedly I pay for a treatment which never goes for the full time. I'm so sick of bringing this up that I'm considering not coming back, even though the service, products and team are excellent - but knowing that I'm paying for a 1 hour treatment which I NEVER RECEIVE is spoiling the whole experience. I have mentioned this before and have been charged less - but why should I have to haggle over this - your staff should ensure that customers are given what they have paid for. My friend questioned her treatment last week as well and was charged for a 40 minute treatment (which she got) rather than the 60 minute treatment she would have been charged for had she not questioned the time.

Running 20 minutes late is unacceptable

I had no warning that there was a 20% additional surcharge for the service being on a Sunday so an hour massage cost $160. I will not be returning.
