My treatment experience was OK - and only OK. The treatment started 25 minutes late. I was booked for a facial & hot stone massage of neck & shoulders and the first thing the consultant did was wrap & rub my feet with hot towels. I don't like my feet being touched so should have been advised that this was going to happen. There was a repetitive beeping noise in the background that was very distracting during the whole session. A hot towel was placed over my whole face to wipe off some product & was then pressed onto my face with the consultants hands covering my mouth & nose - it was quite suffocating & made me quite anxious! Overall it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
