I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to have a therapist talk to me about my treatment (massage) once in the room I waited for about another 10 minutes before she returned - it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to undress and lay down. While the quality of my massage was great i felt it was only half completed as only my back and back of my legs were massaged. My arms and feet weren't touched and I was not asked to turn over to have the front massaged. My massage did not go for the full hour. If you take the massage time from when I was taken through to the room I missed out on 12 minutes of what I had paid for which is not fair, I was at the spa on time and paid for an hour massage. I was also asked if I would change my massage to a 30 minute massage and facial package - I don't like facials so said no so now feel that as I did not accept what the therapist wanted me to do is why my massage was cut short.
