The therapist I saw was so professional. The experience was as pressurable as it can get. Afterwards she made sure I was happy with what she has done before she left the room. The way the complaint was dealt with was professional and sorted in a friendly manner as you care about client feed back and want the best for everyone who walks in the door. I enjoy going to your clinic as I feel I receive the best treatment there, then anywhere else. Thank you for looking after me, I will see you soon for my next appointment!
