I have been seeing Niki now for around 6 months and every time I see her I receive the same fantastic customer service every single time. Niki is knowledgeable about the products and is never pushy in trying to sell me a product I clearly don't need. I have bought a few products off Niki and it is refreshing as I don't feel as though she is trying to sell me "the product of the month". I am moving to the Middle East in the next couple of weeks but will be returning to Australia regularly and of course will be coming back for a visit with my favourite beautician. Keep up the excellent work Niki! You are a credit Pure Indulgence.
