Staff were excellent and the service was great. However, the facilities need maintenance- the ceiling and air conditioning vent were dirty, not a great look and customers spend their time here lying on their back looking at the ceiling. Over priced. Towels on plinth looked old and worn out. If you're charging as much as pure indulgence do then you should be able to afford to maintain your facilities.
