I was a little upset because I honestly felt like I could have gone to a proper nail salon for a better price and better experience. The lady cut my toe and quickly put cotton on it to stop the bleeding that shouldn’t have been bleeding in the first place. She then used an alcohol wipe over it which obviously stung. There was no apology and the nail polish looks dodgy.

My one hour body massage and hot oil luxury pedicure was incredible. It was exactly the timeout and pampering that I needed to relax and destress. Chloe is incredible at her job and has very high attention to detail. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the whole visit. I loved the aromatherapy used and wanted to take the scent home with me!

I was booked in for the eyebrow tidy and eye lash tint. The lady didn’t take any measurements before waxing so now my eye brows are thinner than normal. There was no head massage like usual and she left sticky stuff on my eye lid which is causing irritation. She then tried to put some make up on my brows to cover the redness and got liquid foundation on my white shirt. She didn’t say anything about the foundation which means I walked around the shops for an hour without realizing until I got home. Super upsetting as normally this is my favourite treatment :(
