In this busy holiday season, understandably, the appointments were running behind (by about 15 minutes). During this time I had two staff apologise for the delay in addition to my beautician. It is wonderful to see that customer service and satisfaction is still a priority. It is sometimes difficult to keep the Christmas spirit working in shopping centres at this time of year and with the long hours that the salon is open, clearly this is not the case for this particular salon. Well done pure indulgence garden city! You have made my Christmas!
