Cannot thank the team enough for my treatment today. I’d had a bad experience during my last visit which was very unusual given the previous experiences I’ve had. The manager dealt with everything so professionally and went above and beyond to make it up to me. I believe how a brand responds to a bad customer experience speaks volumes and after my treatment today, I’ve certainly been won over again. Already looking forward to my next appointment in 3 weeks.
