I have just had a terrible experience in Garden city today with rude staff. Changed the menu I booked because it’s different from what I usually do, and told me that because they thought I made a mistake without confirming with me first. Water dripped on the back of my neck from my face. I had to ask for a towel to wipe it, but the lady just put the towel on my neck and kept quiet the whole time, with no answer and no apologies. After the treatment, I didn't purchase the product she recommended, she gave me an annoyed look and was rude to me during the entire transaction.

Georgia at Mt Gravatt was AMAZING! It was my first experience here, and I was blessed with a Gift Voucher from a good friend for my birthday last year... I was saving it for a rainy day, but it was pouring and I desperately needed some "me" time. Georgia made me feel so calm and relaxed from the first few minutes, not at all self-conscious about my skin. She was also very informative when asked about the products or my skin type/issues. I left floating on a cloud. It was BLISS!! Highly recommend Georgia for her service! Thank you.
