I was a little upset because I honestly felt like I could have gone to a proper nail salon for a better price and better experience. The lady cut my toe and quickly put cotton on it to stop the bleeding that shouldn’t have been bleeding in the first place. She then used an alcohol wipe over it which obviously stung. There was no apology and the nail polish looks dodgy.

It was my first time at Pure Indulgence and I will be a regular customer from now on. My skin consultation was very professional and helped create a facial to specifically meet my needs. The service during the facial was amazing and I could feel and see an immediate and incredible difference in my skin. The value for money was incredible and I can’t recommend Pure Indulgence enough.

I really enjoyed the facial and massage experience i had. The main problem with this experience was that they were very pushy with their products. I understand you want to sell them, but it's not a very good experience to open your eyes after a nice massage and facial to have the person standing in the dark over you for 5 minutes telling you about deals and the products. I think this may have just been this store but the noise from the reception and outside in the shopping centre could still be heard so it wasn't as relaxing as it could have been. I still had a good experience with pure indulgence however i just think if someone comes in with a gift card just to have a nice time they should probably take the hint they're not in there to spend hundreds of dollars on skincare. That's just how i felt anyway.
