My consultant was nice and her advice was very good, however her facial technique was terrible. It became very obvious that she was a massage therapist doing a facial, and for over $100 I'd like to think I had someone who was a bit of an expert. Her facial technique was clunky, the scalp massage was painful (and I'd been hoping for a hand massage, but wasn't asked if I had a preference!), and my skin felt dry when I left. Her neck massage was superb (thus the give away as to her profession!), and her advice was very good. I am disappointed that PI respects the professions so little that it uses specialists interchangeably without considering the standards that their clients would prefer them to meet. Had I been told early on that facials were not her speciality, I would have changed my treatment and used the price difference to buy products.
