Hello, Sarah was pleasant during all three of the facials which I enjoyed. I always appreciate people who know when not to talk during facials so it gives me time to relax in silence while enjoying the massaging. Her advice was very helpful including the information on the powder foundation. My skin feels better for the treatments. Thanks, Sylvie

Lauren actually hurts you when she massages your calves , but didn't ask me anything - actually she didn't talk at all, so I wasn't comfortable saying anything. Maybe if she had actually talked to me maybe we would of discovered that I wanted shellac, but the gift voucher I had didn't include it. If the staff actually kept records they would know I get shellac. I am surprised that my husband wasn't offered an upgrade when he bought the voucher . He wouldn't remember but would of taken the upgrade if it was offered. Likewise, I would of paid the extra today if it was offered. I should of twigged something was wrong when the colour nail polishes didn't have the usual glittery colours I go for. Also I have noticed that Lauren has put the nail polish on my left big toe crooked. See photo. Today wasn't the normal pleasant experience I have come to expect.

I have booked an appointment online at Indooroopilly and also received confirmation email of the appointment however when I turned up to the appointment I was told that the booking has not been made. I was told to come back in 40 mins without any sincere apologies. I have wasted almost an hour at the shopping centre on my day off. Really not impressed with how they handled the situation.

A truly wonderful experience. I rarely treat myself, I enjoyed it so much I will definitely be doing it again soon.
