I really liked the way my beautician didn't try to sell me the whole shop or assume that I know nothing about skincare. The person who I had on the previous visit was so hard sell and talked down to me the whole time.

Very disappointed in my pedicure. I was cut on two toes; my nails weren't shaped very well; and there is nail polish on my skin. In the past I have loved pedis from pure indulgence so this was surprising.

My therapist was great but my issue was that she scrubbed so hard with my pedicure that she actually cut both of my feet. After that, the mask was put on and I think it worsened the cuts. I didn't realise later until after I put my shoes on. I don't think she noticed either because she didn't mention anything. The actual pedicure was great aside from that. With the luxury pedicure, would love to get a longer massage as part of the package. Usually I have loved all my experiences with Pure Indulgence but getting the cuts on my feet has changed my mind about getting a pedicure here again.
