I always love getting my treatments done at Pure Indulgence and I have been getting my eyebrows done with you for years but over time I have found your prices are going up and the level of treatment going down. It used to be they would take time with your eyebrows and then spend about minute rubbing in some cream. That doesn't happen anymore. They cream is barely rubbed in and powder is not always offered. The girls are lovely but it just seems very rushed now.

The value for money in the signature pedicure was underwhelming. For the price I paid and for an hour long treatment I was hoping for and expecting more pampering than I received. I got a foot soak and leg exfoliation that lasted five minutes if that with the pedicure. Unfortunately I felt like I could have done the treatment at home and saved myself the money.
