It’s always a brilliant visit at this salon with Letice. She makes you feel relaxed and you know that you are in the best hands. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and I know my next appointment will definitely be with her. Professional, friendly service and always the highest standards. Have been here so many times to get my eyebrows done but unfortunately today was by far my worst experience and made me consider not returning to this salon in the future The staff member who did my eyebrow wax just spent the time criticising my acne and telling me all these ways to fix it with, of course, products you guys sell and just tried to sell me the waxing package and skin products during the entire treatment. Typically, the staff I get served by have lovely conversations with me and take an interest in me and we have a relaxing time. Furthermore, when she was rubbing the wax on me, she was still pushing it around after it had set which hurt, my skin around my eyebrows felt burnt from the wax and was stinging for about 4 hours after despite the moisturiser being put on. On top of this, when she ripped the wax strip off, it felt as though my skin was coming off with it as well and she was definitely not gentle with the process - my eyes were watering and that has never happened to me before, not even at my first appointment. Lastly, she didn't even ask me what shape I wanted or what parts I wanted waxed off or anything, she just went ahead and did what she wanted which honestly I did not like but I can't really fix the shape of my eyebrows now. Honestly, I would consider not returning to this salon which is a shame as I have been coming here for years now and absolutely loved all of the treatments particularly Crystal's and one other girls (young, brown hair) - both had perfect customer service and their treatment was amazing.

My consultant for the facial was very professional and focused on understanding what I wanted and tailoring the service to what I needed. It was the most relaxing facial I have had.
