Not at all flexible in meeting the clients needs. I asked for a simple leg wax but that was impossible.

I have enjoyed many facials at Pure Indulgence over the years although my appointment on Saturday was the first time that everything felt rushed. The conversation was friendly but I felt like the underlying tone was to sell me as many products as possible rather than genuinely caring about my needs as a customer. I left the store spending nearly $500 (treatment and products that I normally use plus some recommend ). Not to mention the thousands of dollars spent in the store. Normally I don’t have an issue spending this kind of money although based on the treatment received and the feeling of being a dollar figure rather than a customer I might try a different Pure Indulgence or another business altogether.

Would be good to get the service which is paid for . I didn't know paying for 40 minutes meant actually getting 30 minutes .

Rooms are a little cold. It would have been nice to inform me that I would be paying public holiday rates on a Saturday - kind of ruined the experience.

I am usually very happy with my visits to this salon but the last visit the therapist left dye all under my eyes and tried to pressure me into buying other services.

First visit to the Indooroopilly location, room was dark and unable to see my eyebrows after waxing and tinting so unable to request any further adjustments - was disappointed when I returned home. Eyelash lift was not complete on right eye all the way to the corner of my eye, again unable to see in a dark room
