I had a bed that creaked and every time I was relaxing it creaked again. Unfortunately it didn't make me feel relaxed but the treatment itself was lovely.

Good experience but would’ve preferred to have gone straight in for the Service I booked for rather than doing the skin analysis/consult first as my beauty therapist kinda made an assumption that I wanted to focus on my skincare needs and was recommending a treatment plan of multiple sessions and I had to tell her that I actually didn’t care about my skin too much at that point and had booked in as I needed the relaxation of the massage massage with a small Facial added in which is the service I had booked for so it was just an unnecessary step when we could’ve gone straight in. I also don’t like the recommendation of products afterwards, maybe because I worked in retail for a while but when products are being recommended to me all I can think is what KPI expectations are put on the beauty therapists. I think the therapist should always ask if you would like some product recommendations first rather than going straight in with the sales pitch. You go from feeling completely relaxed to a little bit awkward about not wanting to buy products. It was still a really lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back and recommend the salon to family and friends.
