I only came to the salon for a brow wax but the whole time the therapist was doing the hard sell trying to upsell packages and products. I am the salon to relax. Can't this information be given at the front counter so I can enjoy my treatment. I felt coerced into purchasing a series of brow waxes when I wasn't really interested and really didn't have the money.

The staff at reception were helpful and professional demonstrating a willingness to please and were receptive to questions and willing to provide timely advice on products. However, I wasn't disappointed with my overall visit because the eyelash tint that I had was poor. In fact friends asked me if I had had my eyelashes tinted because they couldn't see the difference. There was no die on the bottom lashes at all and on the top lashes it was minimal. My facial was okay. My underarm wax was well done with the therapist taking the time to ensure that all stray hairs and ingrown hairs were removed, so I was pleased with the end result. I wish I could say the same for my other treatments.

Therapist was very pleasant, but I got the feeling she was inexperienced. I would have liked a firmer massage and I asked twice but there was only a slight change in pressure. It was a relaxing time, but not therapeutic.

I was highly disappointed that I could not use the voucher I received for my birthday on a Sunday! I think it is ridiculous given it was paid for in cash to begin with. All other spa's and beauty therapists accept vouchers on a Sunday, and I suggest this is looked into further or run the risk of losing regular customers!

The girl who gave me the service was very nice and helpful, however, I felt like she was pushing the products on me too much the entire time I was getting the facial. I wanted to just sit back and relax, but couldn't really. I also asked for extractions, and was also part of the package I got, but did not feel like I got that done at all. She maybe extracted a few in the area that I had asked and did a few in another area, and then moved on. I specifically wanted to help clear out an area that I know could have been extracted. When I asked her if she could get some more, she said that I would have to come back for those ones as part of the treatment to raise them up. I was really not happy with the results and wish I had gone somewhere else for the extractions. I had a service done there before, microdermabrasion, and was completely satisfied with that service. With this service, I just really wanted extractions done on my chin, since I had been getting a lot of blackheads.

I did not like the way that the consultant tried to force me to purchase products that were rather expensive.. this was a gift from my daughter and I felt forced to add in the hot rock massage then following the treatment more products and further treatments were forced upon me.. I found the whole thing very unpleasant..
