I was booked in for a 40 min massage and 50 min pedicure. I arrived before my appointment at 9:10. My consultant approached me at 9:20 with a board to fill out information. We went to the room at 9:25. Massage started at about 10:30 Massage finished at 10:57 I got dressed. Pedicure started after 10am 10:35 I was in the reception paying for my treatments. I mentioned the time issues and received $20 discount. However this was not about the money. This was about an experience and treat for myself after a hard year. So very disappointed ! I will not be back.

I had a brazillian and when I got home noticed a lot of hair was missed. As the waxing was done in dim lighting I'm sure it was difficult for the therapist to see everything. I had to do a lot of plucking to try and tidy it up and that should not happen with waxing!

Chantel is always fantastic, very professional and very good at what she does. I've had massages / facials / nails done with her and she is always very very good.

The only reason I didn't rate higher for 'overall environment' is due to the quality of towels/bed looking rather worn and in need of replacement. Also waiting area is very small and really only allows one client to sit down at a time. The actual service and products used were lovely and the therapist was great.
