When I returned home I found heaps of hairs all over my legs that the beautician missed, not a very thorough job. Good eyebrow wax though

I wasn't very happy with my wax as the beautician missed some areas leaving patchy areas that I had to fix myself. I've had many waxes and I'm always really happy except this time. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable but when I got home and noticed the patchy areas I wasn't too happy. Will still continue to get my waxes done with you but will not go back to that beautician.

It was so easy to book online. I received 2 confirmations to ensure the time was correct. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and then I was well cared for by Tameka and Chantelle. I would definitely go back. It was such a positive experience.

I keep returning to Pure Indulgence largely because of Hayley at Wintergarden. I have followed her due to her professionalism, friendliness and great personality. I feel so looked after by her - a real assest!

My treatment itself was great, however there were a couple of things I wasn't happy with this time around. I was in the front treatment room so throughout the 90+ minutes I was in there I could hear everything that was going on in the reception area above the music that was playing so struggled to relax and enjoy the experience. I was also not asked about my current skincare regime nor given suggestions about what I could do with my areas of concern that I raised - i.e. pigmentation on forehead. My first treatment a few months ago was with Crystal and she was fabulous, I can't even remember the name of the lady who did this treatment.

nails cut way too short - nail polish on my skin should have been removed and massage painful up the shins nail filing hurt too - overall definitely not worth the money I paid - sarah was pleasant but i won't be returning and I will be telling my friends about the poor experience - way too expensive!
