I had to change therapists as my usual therapist relocated to another salon. I have no problem with this, however, I was not completely satisfied by the service I received. I got a full leg wax, and it wasn't until I got home and moisturised after my shower that I saw that I had many patches of missed spots. To remedy the most obvious I plucked them out myself. But the therapist should have been able to see/feel them when doing them initially.

Every experience to date has been wonderful. I've had Hayley for my waxing and tinting and she is highly professional, very personable, takes a refreshing pride in her craft and is clearly passionate about providing the best experience. I appreciate Hayley's interest in getting to know me as her client, it makes the experience very comfortable.

Whilst I have been to the salon on many occasions and have specific details listed on my file I was disappointed that this was not noted by the therapist and the treatment was not as good as the previous one. As it was difficult to gauge the colour in the room (the lighting was very subtle) I didn't get to check it properly until returning home and was not happy.

Booked online and service selected included hand or foot massage. I asked the therapist and they said this was not offered with the package I had booked. They gave a small discount but still left feeling I had not got what I paid for.
