I have seen Cherie a few times now for my brows and not only does she do a fantastic job on the eyebrow sculpture but she gives fabulous advice and offers wonderful insight into how to best help my skin. I had such an amazing experience. Every time I go to the Indooroopilly branch I’m completely blown away at how beautiful my brows and lashes look. The team is so experienced and caring. I never feel uncomfortable and always feel like I’m getting more than my money’s worth!

I went to get a manicure as I assumed I would get a more thorough service at a spa than at a cheap nail place but I was left disappointed. I expected to have the skin around my nails and cuticles cut back and a proper ’tidy up’ of my nailbed etc however that didn’t happen. I essentially paid $50 to have my nails painted which I could’ve done at home.

A lot of the products got in my eyes which left them very sensitive for the following days. Beauty therapist was lovely and knowledgeable. However, some poor customer service when purchasing items from front counter.

Had the most beautiful scrub, hot stones and relaxation massage. So lovely I kept dozing off! Would highly reccomend for quality, professionalism and overall experience. Will definitely be going back.
