Please see attached photo. Eye brown and eye lash tint very disappointed with outcome. Huge dark circles under my eyes. Get rushed because she was 15 minutes late to my apportionment that was annoying as it was booked two weeks ago. $70 voucher used and they just said the left over $7 is on my profile... don’t really know what that means but they where so hush I get pushed out. Not to mention 39 weeks pregnant and this was my little splurge before I give birth to feel good... soooo disappointed

I booked in for a Dermalogica Pro60 facial but ended up doing the Skin Brilliance package. While the peel and exfoliation was good, the time was mainly spent massaging my shoulders, chest and head. I didn’t expect that much massage and wasn’t happy to have massage oil put into my hair, I left with very oily and knotty hair.

Service was friendly. I was offered aromatherapy oils as part of my massage, but was not informed that this comes at an extra cost. I only found out when paying. I felt this was deceptive, especially as the beautician was aware this was my first massage.

I had a great visit at pure indulgence. I felt like I was really being pushed into buying extra products and paying for 3 treatments. I came to pure indulgence with a gift card as it’s what I wanted for my birthday but felt like I was being conned into spending my own money to pay for two extra facials. I don’t mind being recommended a product- I bought one last time but it was really forced on me and make me feel awkward and I ended up having to say I couldn’t afford it so that I could be left alone.
