It really bothered me that the beautician kept the tap going ALL THE TIME! She would do something at the sink, then come over and put another facial on my face, but kept the tap running the whole time! It was really distracting and stressful because I hate the idea of how much water she was wasting. Seemed very irresponsible and unnecessary. Not conducive to a relaxing environment.

It is always great to be warmly greeted when you go to Pure Indulgence at Indooroopilly. Also I appreciate seeing someone who knows me and getting the assistance when I need some extra advice with my skin, in this harsh ever changing climate we live, particularly when it effects our skin so much.

What was supposed to be a relaxing and reinvigorating experience, was anything but. At one point another therapist entered the treatment room and looked through cupboards for something before exiting.... without any apology or reason for the interruption... just walked in and out. There was a change of therapist mid-treatment also without explanation until I asked what was going on. It felt like Central station! Second therapist was lovely, very good and very apologetic, but the overall experience was exceptionally poor. The treatment was a gift from my parents and I had to take leave to be able to use it, so along with being a massive disappointment, it was also a significant waste of time and money.
