The only things I have a little problem with are that I had a voucher I had received for Xmas and the girl said they weren't doing that facial any more (and the one I got was very good) but it seemed strange to me that a facial they had on offer at Xmas wasn't now available in only August. Also they promote series purchases of facials but then seem to have some difficulty with which actual one you are getting or have gifted to someone when you book ie I had paid for two add ins for my daughter with her facial which she didn't get and happily they agreed to add them onto another facial but still that daughter did miss out. I also really dislike when you are left for any period of time during a facial that they could have used to do something else like a scalp or hand massage.
