I didnt think the music was appropriate for a relaxing time in the room. I felt like I was in a monastery. More soothing an quieter music would have been appreciated.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I really like the fact that they do not ever make you feel like a lower class of being for needing their services like some beauty therapists do.

I like the idea of separating the beauticians into expertise, it shows who can give a better experience and who excels at some things. However, I do not like not being able to book in with my regular beautician Tameka for both my waxing needs and my facials and massages. I am use to her practices and I like how she conducts my pamper sessions. I do, personally, think it should be allowed when asking for a specific person that we be allowed to book in for whatever appointment.

My therapist was great but my issue was that she scrubbed so hard with my pedicure that she actually cut both of my feet. After that, the mask was put on and I think it worsened the cuts. I didn't realise later until after I put my shoes on. I don't think she noticed either because she didn't mention anything. The actual pedicure was great aside from that. With the luxury pedicure, would love to get a longer massage as part of the package. Usually I have loved all my experiences with Pure Indulgence but getting the cuts on my feet has changed my mind about getting a pedicure here again.
