I like how the beds are warmed up and the rooms and linen feel clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment today and the advice that went with it. Overall, the only thing I would change is that face box thing at the front of the shop. I'm not keen on having a consultation in the middle of the passage way.

Tameka is an angel! I've found the Indro store has a high turnover and had someone new doing my brows each visit until I found tamely! As long as she is working there, I will continue to have her do my eyebrows. Her massage ability is also incredible! She has learnt how my eyebrows grow and shapes then perfectly, she has also got to know me on a personal level and always remembers our last catch up. She is polite and professional and a pleasure to be treated by.

the beautician Lauren who looked after me was lovely and very friendly and also did a fantastic job with my eye brow wax. I would recommend her to anyone in the future :)

I was extremely disappointed that after being a Customer, for the last 10+ years. I was not notified and told about the changing of the Rewards program. I already receive emails and text messages. So it doesn't make any sense at all, why a email could not have been sent out. Telling the appropriate customers about this change. Very poor Customer Service and Customer Relations.

Always wonderful to visit the Indooroopilly store. Chantal makes every appointment an absolutely relaxing treat. You leave feeling pampered and amazing. Thank you
