I only rated one as was not given advice on anything. Massage was good but at the beginning of my consultation I was told my arms and hands would be massaged to help my tension. My arms and hands weren't massaged at all that's why I rated 8. The therapist was very professional and has very good hands. I enjoyed my experience but would love to have had received the pure indulgence signature massage as it's the best I ever had in the past. 😀

Technician was very brisk and efficient. Did a great job, but perhaps made me feel like she was a bit rushed, and was pushing to get me done so she could get to the next client?

I loved the job they did, staff where all really lovely. However, they where way to pushy with add on's. I came to get the celebrity eye trio treatment, I don't want to be pushed to buy Dermalogica acne treatment when I did not ask for opinions on my skin. Then again at the counter, I was asked about multiple add on's. Even though the service was lovely I'm reluctant to come back because I don't want to have to say no so many times and feel pressured to buy.

I had a professional therapist during my waxing service and the service was great, but unfortunately once I got home most of the wax was still on me, I am disappointed.

The only feedback I would provide is that I had a lot of wax residue on my legs when I got home. This was difficult to remove. In the end I had to get some oil to get it off. Would be good if this could be removed at the salon. Not whinging, as the service and waxing was of a high standard as per usual. Many thanks.
