Unfortunately, my regular massage therapist, Tracey, left Pure Indulgence with no warning. She is the main reason I purchased the 6 series of massages (get one free). I was only told that she had left the day before my massage. I had Robyn this time. Although she was good, the massage just didn't compare to the quality of Tracey's massages. I'll use the remainder of my massage series, but will try to find where Tracey is now working, or find another massage therapist who has the same standard and quality.

Did not get the price of the goods I was encouraged to buy until they were all tallied up at the end and was BIG shock! Felt a bit duped into spending a lot of extra money. I don't mind spending money on products but want to be able to make a choice about how much I spend and not feel so pressured. Would reconsider coming back for other treatments now that I have already spent so much money.

it was recommended I have a Microdermabrasion and peel, that I was nervous about as I have sensitive skin. However the young lady that was my therapist was lovely and well informed me that it would be all ok. However two days latter my skin in still very agitated and sore, a little swollen and hot to touch. I have called the Salon and they have asked me to come back in for them to look at it and to see if they can help me.

Usually a lovely experience and great pedicure. This particular time the therapist started selling face treatments and package deals from the get go and continued to do so throughout the entire pedicure.

Always get the feeling of desperation with upselling on products when having a skin treatment at the Indooroopilly location. It makes the experience end in a tense way. Staff at the front desk aren’t necessarily the warmest either and give judgemental vibes. The actual treatments themselves are always lovely though and performed with high levels of skill.

If you have to wait as your appointment is running late then a glass of water would be nice. Waiting area could be better.
