Unfortunately this appointment fell below my exectations of your clinic. My clinician was late, which I was advised of, but I was given no timeframe. I advised staff I had appointments elsewhere and was seen to promptly but I couldn't help feel that my treatment was rushed. Yes, partly my own doing, but it is also possible to move promptly without giving a client the feeling like you are pushing them out the door. My skin is quite sensitive. This is the reason I book my appointments multiple days ahead of events. It is also (to the frustration of your staff) the reason I don't have my waxing done monthly. Most times when I visit your clinic my eyebrows are waxed once, a max of twice then tweezers are used to remove stray hairs. I lost count of the times wax was applied to my eyebrows today. This evening I have plucked stray hairs and am icing the welt above my right eye. I was given no soothing cream after my treatment, which I only realized after I had removed my makeup and saw the welt. One of the reasons I changed to your clinic was the additonal care and time that I felt you put into a treatment. Over the past 6 months I have to say that I feel your care has reduced and your price increased. I can't remember the last time some did a full measure and shape of my brows yet I have paid for a series of eyebrow 'sculpture'. Today's treatment was quite the disappointment. Here's hoping the welt is gone by Sat when I head to the races.

The facial was great. The massage however was less than worth it. I was asked to advice the areas I wanted to be concentrated on. It’s save to say, that that was a waste of time, as they were barely considered. One area, neck, not even touched at all. And another two area got next to no attention. The areas I did not want got massages though. I have to say the massage was very disappointing.

The facial was lovely and my skin certainly looks and feels much better. The experience was tarnished however by the upsell of multi purchase packages and product recommendations. Instead of leaving feeling great about the facial, I felt more underwhelmed by the sales tactics. Please, I only want a facial, I don’t need the rest.

There was a lot of pushy up selling during and after the facial. I had booked for a relaxing facial. Before it was even started I was told I have this great product that will be great for your face. It cost an extra $25! When the facial was finished I was then asked 4 times when I wanted to book in again!! I was then told get this product and this product, it came to an extra $350!!! I did not buy, not impressed. All I wanted was a relaxing facial not the big up sell.

The massage was good but didn’t last last the 80 minutes I paid for. I don’t appreciate add on sales with creams or needing to book more appointments. Way too expensive for the treatment given.
