Staff seemed really busy and not willing to take the time to engage with me. Not once was I asked how my day was. I found the black light booth at the front a bit odd - I don't want to see all my faults pointed out. This should be offered but not mandatory before a treatment. I also found it irritating to be asked whether I wanted to add extra 10 dollar services. I know it isn't the staff's fault, but I think a simple question such as, would you like to hear about additional services?rather than asking throughout the treatment. I didn't feel pampered, but more like I was trying to be sold to.

The service I received was very good, but the prices are a bit high compared to other places. One gripe I have in particular: recently I purchased a Gift Voucher for my sister for Christmas and AFTER I paid for it the sales attendant told me it could not be redeemed on a Sunday; I am concerned about that - my sister works Mon-Fri ... and how can they dictate which days you can use a voucher anyway?? Is that even legal?

I went to get a manicure as I assumed I would get a more thorough service at a spa than at a cheap nail place but I was left disappointed. I expected to have the skin around my nails and cuticles cut back and a proper ’tidy up’ of my nailbed etc however that didn’t happen. I essentially paid $50 to have my nails painted which I could’ve done at home.

Once again I was disappointed, I presented a gift voucher for 1hour luxury facial with foot massage. I arrived at 5 mins early and was told my consultant was running late, no problem I returned at 1.15 as directed. The facial and the lady who completed was excellent! However , I did not get the foot massage and the hour massage finished at 2.00, so my facial was for 45 minutes not the hour paid for. My last two experiences with gift vouchers were the same, my family paid the extra for hot rocks treatment twice, which was not delivered. I am at the point of asking my family not to purchase gift vouchers in the future ( they purchase at least three to four a year) and I regularly get other treatments and products. But I have to say I am over not getting what is stated in the voucher. Why was the hour facial reduced to 45 mins and why did I not get the foot massage? Is it my problem that the consultant was running 15 mins late? would have complained at the time but I am not good with confrontation. All I ask is that I get what is prepaid for!!

First visit to the Indooroopilly location, room was dark and unable to see my eyebrows after waxing and tinting so unable to request any further adjustments - was disappointed when I returned home. Eyelash lift was not complete on right eye all the way to the corner of my eye, again unable to see in a dark room

I am usually very happy with my visits to this salon but the last visit the therapist left dye all under my eyes and tried to pressure me into buying other services.
