The girl who gave me the service was very nice and helpful, however, I felt like she was pushing the products on me too much the entire time I was getting the facial. I wanted to just sit back and relax, but couldn't really. I also asked for extractions, and was also part of the package I got, but did not feel like I got that done at all. She maybe extracted a few in the area that I had asked and did a few in another area, and then moved on. I specifically wanted to help clear out an area that I know could have been extracted. When I asked her if she could get some more, she said that I would have to come back for those ones as part of the treatment to raise them up. I was really not happy with the results and wish I had gone somewhere else for the extractions. I had a service done there before, microdermabrasion, and was completely satisfied with that service. With this service, I just really wanted extractions done on my chin, since I had been getting a lot of blackheads.

The first time I went to your salon at Indooroopilly I had a bad experience so it's taken me a while to try you again. This time like the previous time I had a new inexperienced beautician perform a service on me which was terrible this time I had a basic bikini wax which looks really bad one side is fine the other side looks terrible, it looks half done and I walked out there with wax still all over me. I know a bikini wax is a basic service but if it had been done properly I'd be back but I've given you a second chance there'll be no 3rd. I'm not happy now as I also have red welts and will have to wear something over my bathers when I go on my beach holiday. Not happy feel ripped off.

Went to Pure Indulgence to have their signature pedicure ($75). Unfortunately, I've had very disappointing experience and little quality. The lady (Jessie) started my pedicure with exfoliation drill and went too much on my left foot giving me a nasty burning sensation. The quality of the procedure was very average. The exfoliation was decent (at what cost though!), however the nails were not cleaned underneath and some cuticula was not cut off. The color application was not neat and some of it went on the skin around the nails, which gave the pedicure an untidy look. At the end of the procedure the lady tried to upsell offering to purchase a package of several pedicure sessions, which was a bit awkward (and I don't quite appreciate upselling that is a bit forceful). I've had to remove the color at home to clean my nails better and apply the color in a neater way. Regret paying for the service and having to fix it.

The experience was average, I heard every single sound within the salon whether that was cupboard being slammed shut or a door being slammed. I understand it can be hard to be quiet as clients are coming in and out of rooms but there didn’t seem to be much care in that respect. My appointment was for 3:20 and I didn’t see my therapist come and see me till almost 3:30. She didn’t go through my client sheet at all and I understand that she was running late but what if I had a injury I forgot to write down or a area that I forgot that I have pain in, she forgot to massage my feet in which I wrote on my client sheet specifically asking her to do. I was told there would be a consult time to make sure we were both on the same page as to what I wanted out of the treatment. I am not a complainer at all but I was expecting a high standard and I felt like I got an average treatment, if I went to one of the smaller Asian places i probably would’ve enjoyed my treatment there more and would’ve gotten my moneys worth. My therapist Didn’t ask if the pressure was okay when she was performing the massage either, something small to forget but it would’ve been nice if she did do that, she also didn’t help me up after the treatment was done she left me to get up myself after an hour and half treatment which I thought was a little bit rude. The receptionist were lovely though, such nice girls who didn’t make me feel bad for letting them know on how my experience was and did give me a discount which was very much appreciated and they did make sure that the lights were off throughout my treatment and also how I didn’t want to be spoken to.

Have been here so many times to get my eyebrows done but unfortunately today was by far my worst experience and made me consider not returning to this salon in the future The staff member who did my eyebrow wax just spent the time criticising my acne and telling me all these ways to fix it with, of course, products you guys sell and just tried to sell me the waxing package and skin products during the entire treatment. Typically, the staff I get served by have lovely conversations with me and take an interest in me and we have a relaxing time. Furthermore, when she was rubbing the wax on me, she was still pushing it around after it had set which hurt, my skin around my eyebrows felt burnt from the wax and was stinging for about 4 hours after despite the moisturiser being put on. On top of this, when she ripped the wax strip off, it felt as though my skin was coming off with it as well and she was definitely not gentle with the process - my eyes were watering and that has never happened to me before, not even at my first appointment. Lastly, she didn't even ask me what shape I wanted or what parts I wanted waxed off or anything, she just went ahead and did what she wanted which honestly I did not like but I can't really fix the shape of my eyebrows now. Honestly, I would consider not returning to this salon which is a shame as I have been coming here for years now and absolutely loved all of the treatments particularly Crystal's and one other girls (young, brown hair) - both had perfect customer service and their treatment was amazing.
