Ashleigh was amazing at my facial today. She tailored the facial to what I needed rather than just do whatever I booked in. She also performed the facial really well, good pressure during the massage part, and gave me feedback and advice afterwards. Highly recommend!

i love the fact i am assigned to the same person with my visits. despite the fact its their tasks to pamper us, the atmosphere, location and the customer service is great. thank you from a middle aged woman who never thought, would ever step into a store like pure indulgence. in some cultures woman take a back seat. so the whole experience is pure bliss. thank you.

I had to change therapists as my usual therapist relocated to another salon. I have no problem with this, however, I was not completely satisfied by the service I received. I got a full leg wax, and it wasn't until I got home and moisturised after my shower that I saw that I had many patches of missed spots. To remedy the most obvious I plucked them out myself. But the therapist should have been able to see/feel them when doing them initially.

I usually get consistently good massages @ pure indulgence, however the last two were a hit too soft (even though I asked them to go harder). However the massage today. Y Tracey was awesome. Pressure just right and Soo relaxing at same time! I purchased the 6 massage deal as the service and massage therapists he been so good. (Apart from the two, which is pretty good seeing though I try and have a massage every week)
