Tracey was A+ as usual. The only negative is that halfway through the massage it got really noisy I the salon - sounded like a bunch of school kids were out there. Tracey had to go and ask the to be quiet. Luckily I was really relaxed so it didn't really bother me.

The overall service is good and the team is great, but reception area is trying to do too much for its size. It's a shop, a checkout and it doubles as an area for skin analysis. They need more room out front!

I have been coming to the Indooroopilly salon for 3 years and yesterday had the pleasure of having a facial performed by Tameka. I can honestly say it was the best facial I've ever had. She was professional and caring, I felt extremely pampered when I left. I will be back to have the other treatments she has recommended for me.

I was extremely disappointed that after being a Customer, for the last 10+ years. I was not notified and told about the changing of the Rewards program. I already receive emails and text messages. So it doesn't make any sense at all, why a email could not have been sent out. Telling the appropriate customers about this change. Very poor Customer Service and Customer Relations.
