I had booked a 70 minute Pure Indulgence Signature Facial - mostly because I wanted a longer treatment that included the massage component - on the phone app it said all Signature treatments included a foot massage and this particular package included a muscle melting hot stone back massage - on consultation my therapist offered a different type of facial (anti aging?) and said it would be the same cost/time - the facial was really nice and it was a very pleasant experience however the treatment was around 60 minutes and did not include the back massage and only included a mini foot massage after I had questioned this. I am happy with the treatment I got - just disappointed the change did not include some of the services I thought it would - had it been explained I probably would have stuck to the original package. All in all - very happy with the facial component.
