The product range used seemed to be lavender based which was a problem for me as I am highly allergic/sensitive to lavender. The therapist seemed to spend a long time searching for suitable products that did not have lavender. Then suggested I spend an extra $35.00 to get products without lavender, which I refused. Although she was very nice and kept saying it wasn't my fault I just didn't feel comfortable with the quality of the facial. I will say that the hot stone back therapy was fantastic one of the best I've had. I have had much nicer facials for half the price at my local salon who have an excellent lavender free range.

It was super busy today, was asked to come in later as they were running behind. That’s completely fine, but the appointment was definitely rushed. I chose to spend more to go to pure indulgence because I had such great treatment last time, with care and precision taken with my eyebrows. This time, there was no care. The tint was used in excess so she had to rub and rub to get excess off, the wax was too hard when it was removed so my skin is red raw and sore. They are uneven and when I asked her to fix them, she plucked a few hairs but was still totally off my normal shape. I had to ask for makeup as I was super embarrassed leaving with these huge red raw patches. I’m sad, I rarely treat myself, I and was looking forward to my experience. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be returning.

The music was terrible. The tweezers hurt. They were sharp and scratchy. The therapist seemed like she’d had one too many coffees and was not calm at all. Made for a very tense treatment.

Will be going back to Chermside location. Went in for a wax and the room was dirty. There was water on the floor. The beauty therapist apologised and her reason was that she was a messy waxer. Told me In was able to have a service done and wasn't able to provide as They were busy. I turned up on time but they were running late.
