I was quite disappointed with my pedicure today. The last one i had there was fantastic but this time below average. The service standard seems to vary greatly depending on the technician you get booked with.

There is always a problem with the booking. Not being advised how long a package actually takes. In my 2 hour package, there was a lot of times when I was just waiting, the the lady was cleaning up. It's was loud, not relaxing and I felt like a waste of time and money. Clean up after I leave. Service has deteriated in all salons. Would it currently recommend your services to anyone.

The girl that completed my eyebrow wax was so beautiful and polite. When she waxed my eyebrows though it was basically on the top of my eyelids. It was burning while she did it due to her waxing the same spot multiple times and it being on the softer eyelid skin. After I got back to my car to look at my eyebrows my eyelid/under brows were bleeding from with multiple bits of skin had come off from the wax along with a bit of the wax still there. My eyebrows look great, don’t get me wrong and the girl was so nice. But my eyebrows are stinging and very red and sore.

I’ve noticed the quality of service varies greatly between clinicians. Haven’t managed to get two appointments in a row that I’ve been 100% satisfied

I felt that the massage was rushed and walked out feeling the same way I walked in. The facial was lovely and relaxing. Products used were lovely. I went in the room at 4.30 and walked out at 5.30. I was not aware that my consultation would be deducted from the treatment time. I spent the first 15-20 mins talking with the consultant and getting ready for the treatments. I have had better experiences elsewhere for the same price. Elsewhere My consultation was not deducted from my treatment and the massage releaves my muscle tension. This treatment didn’t.
